CLEXM student Fariha Mahzabin Annesha will be presenting at MC2025 in Karlsruhe, Germany!
Fariha will be presenting her work entitled “Novel sample preparation technique for soft X-ray imaging of physcomitrium patens”.
Fariha’s research introduces a new sample prep technique for soft X-ray tomography (SXT)—a cutting-edge method for high-resolution 3D imaging of cellular structures. By optimizing SXT for Physcomitrium patens, her work overcomes challenges in positioning large plant cells in narrow capillaries, enabling detailed imaging of organelles in their near-native state.
